So my husband and I have been reminiscing on how on most every diet we've partaken together he loses weight quickly the first month and I take at least two months to begin to show any loss at all. However, I'm better able to keep it off once it's off. Sooo, keeping that sobering fact in mind I'll be continuing the exercise and dieting until the end of May in hopes that I'll see some weight loss. I do allow some leniency on the weekends so that probably doesn't help with the weight loss but it does help with my sanity for which my kids and husband are thankful!
