Definitely partook in the quarantine 15 and have gained noticeable weight. Scared of the scale now but have a goal of tracking data, good or bad. I think I have the habit of only tracking when I am doing well and consistency doesn't work like that. Some new ADHD meds will hopefully help. Here we go. On the wagon again 😆
