I think there's such a thing as too much protein! The thought of any meat? Blech. Who knew. Oh well; I'll cut back...my numbers are saying I do need more fat, not as much protein. Does anyone else notice how their face shape changes a ton when staying on track, lowering the carbs and sugar for a few weeks??? Wasn't expecting that!
