Good Morning All! Made it back from Chicago safe and sound! Had an amazing fun filled time with family and friends that I will remember for a very long time! Had such a great time at the ball game, Cubs Win!!! And we all know that doesn't happen often! LOL Bad news I am up 2 lbs, good news I did very well making good food choices, alcohol not so much! LOL Not happy with the gain but pleased that it wasn't more. Six days till my surgery so this week I have to stay focused, going to make some fat bombs and incorporate then into my meal plan, get back to my 96+ oz of water (very hard to do when you are in a car for 8 hrs!) And get my house prepped for when I return home from the hospital. Physical therapy here at home will start within the first week so all needs to be ready. My Drs office called and they need me to go in for a additional view mammogram on my right breast so that has me a little concerned hopefully it's nothing but if anyone has time for a prayer a two it would be much appreciated! My lab work finally came back and all my numbers were great, Cholesterol was 158, Triglycerides were 77, and everything was well within the normal range so that made me very happy especially because I had been following Atkins for 8 weeks before the testing. Well time for my shower then off for my testing and then back to reality grocery shopping! :( LOL Hope everyone is doing well I've missed you all! :)
