I love this! What condiments did you use? I'd like to make this today. I've got the silken tofu

Glad you guys like dish! Here’s a simple and not so precise recipe:
1. Open ready-to-eat silken tofu package and place in a deep dish, drain any excess water
2. Slice tofu as shown, doesn’t need to be neat, drain
3. Mix the following in a bowl: minced garlic, soy sauce, dark vinegar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, Chinese chili oil, salt, and sugar.. yeah it’s a a lot
4. Chop up 50-100g of green onions (this is the main topping) and some hot chili peppers
5. Pour dressing and toppings on tofu, add cilantro/parsley if preferred
Every bite should include a little bit of sauce and green onions/toppings. Incredible flavor.

It’s ok if you’re missing some of the condiments.. I didn’t add any chili oil or dark vinegar when I made this! Added parsley after taking the photo though hahaha

Zhenjiang is hard to get in my area. Do you know a good online grocer? We love to dip our Jiaozi in it.
