Been really slacking the last couple days on my diet , ate hibachi last night for my husbands birthday and today overslept and couldn’t pack my lunch and ate Panera today for lunch I’m so disappointed in myself and don’t even want to weigh 😞

I totally understand that feeling but remember, not seeing the number doesn't change what it is. The more aware of/in tune with the impact the overeating has on your body, the more likely you are to stop. For me,weighing hasn't been a magic feather allowing me to fly to a fairyland of weight loss - but the times that I have gained the most quickly have always happened when I wasn't weighing in.

It's not a failure it's just a slow down. Move forward, forgive yourself, and get back on your game!!
