Down a half pound from yesterday. Every little bit helps, doesn’t it? Dug my old Fitbit One out of a drawer. Still works but won’t sync so I just wrote down #’s from yesterday and will keep a log with that. Made a spinach, mushroom, bacon bites, some shredded cheese and a dash of fresh chive omelet for lunch. Mmmmm. And super low sugar for me. Going to ride the stationary bike later if our cat will let me. He likes to get under the pedals while I ride, I’m afraid I’m going to knock him out. LOL! Well just lost about 3400 steps by fixing my FitBit. It syncs now but lost my morning steps. 😢
