Café da manhã: 4 ovos, cebolinha, tomate seco, cogumelos, queijo cheddar, tomate, laughing cow, azeitona e amendoas... Quase todas as calorias gastas mas deixei umas pra depois desse omelete: barrinha de proteina com cereja e leite de côco :)
