Hi, recipe differs from original syrniki. Pack of cottage cheese (200g) + 1 egg + 2 tbsp rice flour (any flour). You can add sugar, but I’ll get my sugar from toppings. If cottage cheese is too grainy like big pieces, it’s better to make it more crushed and smoother. Turn on medium heat and oil the pan, u can use napkin, so that it’s evenly oiled. 1-2 spoon of mix on pan, Cook until slightly golden brown on both side. Whole process is similar to pancake making). Topping could be just double cream, mine is 50 g mascarpone + 50 g double cream + 10 g sugar, just mix.
