So after a few years of ups and downs emotionally and now finding out I am diabetic (on the low end but still) I have to watch Carbs and sugars. Since finding this out I weighed in at the docs office at 236 but I am down to 224.6 on my home scale (same amount of clothing.) Been watching closely what I eat. Feeling better with emotions (mom had a heart attack during the summer of covid 2020 and died at the end of August.) Still need to deal with her personal items (she lived with us so I’m kind of putting that off.) Got my covid vaccine shots done and now ready to deal with weight gain and diabetes.
