GOD I HATE JOGGING! I see absolutely no point in just 'going for a run' just because. Unless it involves a bus, a chase or a race, I'm not interested. So, to jump over this mental hurdle, I PURPOSELY chose a treadmill program that included light, slow jogging for most of the 30-minute program. Knowing I weigh less now and with Billy Currington singing sweet nothings in my ear, I jogged and jogged until my runners started scuffing the belt and I knew I was getting pooped out. So I slowed down to a fast walk (4.5 mph) for about 5 minutes or so, then resumed the jogging portion. There were only a few minutes left, thank God. I finished!! I still hate jogging though.
