Definitely a disappointing weigh-in but given the amount of shrimp, the buffets and the cerveza I imbibed last week, it could have been a lot worse. Feel like I'm starting over again, but am determine to get right back on track.

Well, it wasn't from the shrimp... unless it was deep fried? Persitance is the key. Keep chipping away at it, make smart decisions on food choices and you will succeed!
