Well according to the scale I have lost a single pound on this diet thus far. 10% of the promised. But I have a strong feeling my body is going to let loose here pretty soon. I wish I could do that in the morning so that I know what I weigh without having eaten anything. But I guess it all works out eventually. I suppose by Monday the progress of this diet should be evident.
I made too much soup because I thought my daughter was going to diet with me. So I am going back to regular calorie watching on Monday but will add the soup in to my routine until I finish it off. I am sure it will get monotonous by the end. If I start absolutely hating it I will compost it and return it to the Earth!
