I feel ok today - yes I seem to be fully on track with the fact that I need to do something about my weight. No-one else can do it for me, there are no magic pills.
So I am doing everything in my power to stay away from temptation. I still enjoy eating a pretty decent breakfast, to be honest I start work so early, that its one of the few things I enjoy before the mayhem of the day kicks in (plus my boss pays for it for me)
On the downside - the coffee machine was out of order this morning, nightmare!! I don't get time to have coffee before I leave int he morning as I am out of the door by 5.45am, and at work for 7. However, it is now fixed, so I am enjoying this cofee -)
Unless I really have to ,l I don't want to give up my coffee, there is no point in trying to deny myself everything I enjoy, or I won't stick to it.
I've planned my menu for today and entered what I intend to eat, any additions I will add on as and when.
Drinks need to go on aswell as from today to make sure I am not doing something crazy
