Today the nurse at my work picked on me :(
The thing I am most proud off. I did not get mad at her and binge. I wanted something sweet so when I got gas after work I stopped and got a big toostie roll. if I had eaten the whole thing it would have been a 7 but I ate only half....3 points for me.
I did not make my goal of walking 10 000 steps today but I will tomorrow. I have to update my three month journal before bed but I am remembering to write at work. Yeah me.

Lets see if she (the nurse) feels like picking on me again! She may be surprised when I pick back. lol
