I have been eating quite a bit, luckily I have not gained weight though. I have been getting comments from people that know me that I am looking too skinny, but according to my doctor I can go down to 98 lbs, I am only 5'. I am not sure if I am eating right. I have been trying to eat a lot of veggies, it is so hard because a 1200 calorie diet is so little food, and because of my work, I eat about 80% of my meals at Dunkin' Donuts, which is ok because of their new DDSmart menu. I am thinking I will probably average out at about 100 to 105 lbs. I can't believe I have been on this diet for over a year now, what a trip. I would have never guessed I would have been able to do it. I hope all is well with everyone :)

Wow, you have done really well. If you are at a weight that you are happy with, you can start adding some more calories/points (which ever diet you are doing) to find out what you should be eating to maintain your current weight. If you exercise, you can eat even more and still maintain. Great job!
