preliminary personal training program today-very AFRAID. Treadmill 4% incline at 3.0 pace? First 3x circuit. Resolved to get it done before work, because work itself will kick my butt...............I guess my butt will thank me "in the end" I have been informed that I am sagging, for shame!!!!!! Who says you gotta have glute amnesia at 50 years old.
