I was able to have my long Monday workout today. I did: 25 min weights/ toning 35 min run/ little walk combo for a total of 3.14 mi 25 min elliptical
It had been a week since I did weights and I could feel the burn today! I am sure I will be sore tomorrow. The running still kicks my butt sometimes, but I try to press through it. The elliptical now seems like a walk in the park compared to running. I upped my resistance on the elliptical to b/w 6-8 this time and was on an incline of 9-16 and really wasn't sweating at the end much, compared to running where I am a pool of sweat.
My weight was up some over the weekend to 139, but is coming down now. Today has been a very controlled day of eating and I am choosing the healthy, natural thing over the non healthy/ processed so far.
