Time to say goodbye to FatSergio!!! I am starting my cut today! I am 73.7 kilos ,, I am not sure about my BF% but i think it's somewhere between 17 to 20%,, I am thinking it's gonna take around 6 to 7 weeks to burn the excess fat!!! I am so excited I can't wait to see the results!!! :)
