postitive thoughts - I'm skinny, I'm skinny, I'm a fat burning machine- I've been working out like crazy and have lost no weight but people I have been working out with have- I think I need to "think" myself skinny? One week until I get my body fat tested again, and I so want it to be a good number!

Maybe you are just losing inches instead of weight?? Stay positive, I know it is hard when you don't see the scale move. You will get there.
