Went to Waffle House with my Dad today. Tried to make a good choice.Get home to log my food in and guess what? Waffle House is not in the data base!! Uuuuggghhhh!!!!!!

You could try looking them up online. Probably dont want to see how much is in there really. How's your week going? I didnt exercise like at all and only lost .6..I mean its almost a pound right? lol. At least its something. Gonna have to kick it in gear. I"m tired of being in the 90's.

You are right I am sure that I don't want to know. lol!!! This my sound crazy but I am glad to be out of the 200s (for now) My week is going well except for the fact that eating out is no good I have to travel for the next few days so I have got to figure this out. I think that I am making a good choice but when I look it up it's a bad one. As long as I am eating at home I am fine. What to do , what to do????????
