homemade baked salmon sushi with brown rice 🍣

Recipe: 2-2,5 cooked cup rice, add 70ml vinegar+1 tbsp sugar+1 tbsp salt 6 sushi nori + put rice + sliced fish + cucumber +soft cheese or avocado and roll and cut put sauce = 200 g seafood paste + 2 tbsp soy sauce + 2 tsp mayo + 1 tbsp any spice sauce + 50 g cheese bake for 3-4 min at 200-200 until sauce melts
