Today is my first day doing fat secret. I started working on losing weight on 2-23-14 when I weighted 272 as of today 3-28-14 I am at 258.5. I have to lose as much as I can and as fast as I can so I can get the surgery that may change my life. I have chronic recurrent Pancreatitis for the past 15 years now. I live in Michigan and they do not do the surgery at U of M or anywhere in MI so I have to go to Chicago for a Total Pancreatectomy with Auto Islet Cell Transplant. I had a liver biopsy that showed fibrosis and something called NASH. So the doctors in Chicago want me to either has the gastric bypass of the sleeve done to speed up the weight loss to protect my liver. But until then I am still sticking to my 1400 calorie a day diet. I have lost 13 pounds in the last month and I am proud of myself. Gofundme.com/6o0kzg

Yes you can do it. Make sure you account for everything even if it is one bite. Make sure you are drinking at least 64 oz of water a day

Thanks Mrsmole, I have being keeping a log for a month now and I do write everything down and I think it has been a great help. How do I add you as a buddy. All I do is drink water maybe once every two weeks one diet pop but not much. Thanks
