I way overslept this morning. I've come to the conclusion I have been sleeping more soundly since I've started Atkins except for the one or two times I have to get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. But even then I go right back to sleep. Before Atkins (from this point on it should be shortened to B.A. for before Atkins) I would wake up several times during the night and then toss and turn until I would get back to sleep and would wake up feeling awful. Sometimes my sleep would be so terrible I would end up taking a tylenol pm or something similar and would end up oversleeping and wake up feeling hungover and I didn't even get to have the fun of drinking to excess. I guess I'm going to have to have my husband drag me out of bed when he goes off to work. B.A. I was already awake so I would get up with him and complain about how his snoring kept me awake. Now I don't even notice. Thinking about it, he's probably happy I'm asleep and not up and complaining first thing in the morning before the sun is even up.
