:( I'm not doing well at all…. I guess I'm not putting on heaps of weight like I was.
76.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just have a look through you're earlier diet entries and recreate a day that you were proudest of your food choices. In no time at all you will claw back to where you want to be! I've had a really slack couple of weeks and have just pulled myself back out of the destructive binge eating again.
