Such a busy week, not managed any extra evening walks but have squeezed in 2 20minute hiit videos. Can’t wait to get back into the gym as I’m just not motivated to do it at home!

Alright Beckyjs. I know what you mean, I don't think lockdown helped at all either. Home became just a house more like an office. 🙄😩. I'm currently using a home workout app that helps, plus try and find motivation from somewhere. I use a less desirable photo of myself to kick myself into gear. 🤪😆
