days off not starting well. went out to walk, got about 3/4 of a mile from home and injured my ankle. moderate pain, but no swelling, so probably not a fracture or severe sprain. managed to make it home and finished my 30 minutes of exercise on the rowing machine. gonna try to stay off it as much as possible until i have to go back to work on monday, so just rowing the rest of the week. oh, well, too windy today & supposed to be rainy for a few days anyway...
