Whoo! ALRIGHT! Good bye 180's and hello 170's! I'm so happy and proud of myself! Yay. I've got to admit, I did a little jig in the mirror when I saw those numbers flash on the scale. Cowabunga baby!

Thanks. I got the idea from another member too. I thought it was a fantastic idea as well. Go for it! Reaching a lot of small goals makes you feel really good instead of the alternative one goal that will take quite a while to feel the accomplishment. =-)
