I did my weigh in today, because I actually started the plan last Wednesday. I didn't find this site until last Friday. So, I think I've done pretty well for the first week! Excited to see what it looks like when I get really into the fat burning mode!!

I did the same thing...started my plan a little before I came back to the site (didn't have a scale). Five lbs down is great! I'm proud of you like a brand new mama (LOL)! It's just a great feeling being headed toward your goals, isn't it?

Thanks LuC2! I've always heard how hard it is to loose weight over 50, but since I'm not getting any younger, it's now or never!! This time I feel motivated to do it for me - to be healthier, stronger and a lean, mean, grandma machine! LOL

I've heard the same thing about turning 40 yrs old. I agree with you, though, it's now or never! If I have 40 years of life left, then I want to spend each day free, happy and healthy. God wants that for us and I want what I believe He wants for me. Have a terrific day, Cjsong!
