So yesterday I bought some Fiber Gummies to help with some mild constipation I've been having. I say mild because it hasn't been bothering me yet... but I also have not been going #2. So right. They are freaking DELICIOUS! And of course, the shock of sweet to my tongue caused a minor "binge"... I ate 10 fiber gummies. Annnnnd I lived to regret it! It caused some rather alarming gas all night and into today, though it also yielded a bowel movement, which was nice. Yet all the same, I think I may have learned my lesson and have managed to limit myself to one serving today.
