Maybe I should...nah...I feel like I'm doing all the right things. I'm exercising more. I walked for over a hour yesterday, plus I did a 20 cardio/strength video. When I got home, I played DDR for 45 minutes. I'm not eating after 8pm. I'm keeping a diary of EVERYTHING I eat. Maybe it's really more WHAT I'm eating.

Anyway, 0.4 lbs isn't going to kill me. Slowly it's coming off and that's the healthy way to do it.

That being said, I'm going out walking again today. I'm trying a new workout video. I have to stand for 2 hours at work. I'll probably play DDR with Ian when I get in from work.

This will all sort it self out.
