Weighing in the biggest I have ever been, so we are starting the journey for a better me.. I want to be healthier, as well as smaller. I will watch my calorie intake as well as get as much exercise as I can every day. I will drink more water and make better choices with foods that I put into my body. I have been told that it is hard to lose weight on the pills that I am on, and that they do increase my want for additional snacks... So that is not good to hear, but I am going to face it like a champ and see what I can get done! I do snack a lot in the evenings and I am hoping to decrease that and even stop after a certain time!!
