Day 3 of JM's 30 Day Shred... Level 3 was rough! I think I will stick with Level 1 & 2 rotating. Hope to have the energy to incorporate 6W6P into the mix soon because Shred is only 25 min. and 6W6P is 35 min. so hope to be able to commit almost an hour to Jillian at least every other day... maybe my goal will be to try this next Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I took yesterday off and this morning (might do a video after work - we'll see....) 1) yesterday was my bday and I wanted a break lol and 2) today my boyfriend is moving 4 hours away.....gonna be rough. Once you try your 6W6P let me know how it is~!! :) I haven't even attempted level 3 yet although I know I should, I'll get there :) keep up the great work!
