went to the doctor regarding my knee and they scheduled a MRI on it for Wednesday so I am not exercising till we find out if i torn the muscle or not? My pain is so high I can not stand it.... as for my diet well I ate terrible on Wednesday and Thursday cookies and sugar. Today I started again but I have 19 carbs and not even close on the calories or rdi. Doing my challeges regarding exercise is not possible and the Krunches either since I can not stand to bend my knee and Krunch on the floor at the same time...
