kalu ngiler mau makan, terus di tahan malah bikin hati nggak senang. kalau hati nggak senang, ngaruhnya ke tubuh, jadi nggak semangat dan ujungnya sakit. so, selagi masih defisit setelah memakanya, kenapa nggak 😁. Btw, aku aja baru makan tekwan 🤭
