Well been gone for a while. I now have picked up a couple of pounds not my finest moment. There is no real reason for it. Sometimes I just get tired of watching everything that i put in my mouth it tiring . I guess I will sit here and try to get myself together and get back on track. I know that it is for my own good.

I know sometimes its hard to always keep track of every single thing. I got tired of having to always exercise and so I stopped and gained all my weight back. Now I exercise when I have time and if I dont want to I dont. Dont think of it as having to watch it all. Just make the best choices and try to stay within your calories. If you dont, try to think of something else you can substitute. I think of it more as a learning what I can eat in a day and how much. Eventually I wont have to count calories because it will come naturally. But having said that I dont plan on letting come naturally until I reach 160 lol. you know..just in case.

I hear ya! I ate chic-fil-a thinking that the calorie count would not be that bad....ha! it was terrible now I have to change what I was going to eat for dinner....tomorrow is a new day.
