Caught a little cold and have not been on treadmill since Tuesday. Still managed to loose 4 pounds. The wife made homemade mac and cheese Thursay and I had two helpings. Not getting to this website as often as I was. I will do a better job of tracking food and exercise this upcomming week.
118.8 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
