beginning of new month. completed sleep test. lowest h.r. during 7 and 3/4 hours of sleep. 37 b.p.m. blood pressure and resting h.r. at 7am 104/65 and 52 b.m.p. weight is holding even with all that has gone on over past few weeks. I figured out I am a bit of a stress snacker! my takeaway is this, healthy 'insides' is more important than lowest weight. next up is annual physical and blood work. I have felt it is important to 'know your numbers' and as they get better realize and appreciate what has been accomplished...
