Lightheaded, dizzy, headaches... oh, and I've been crying a lot. What the heck. Not cool.

It may sound like a crazy thing to ask, but do you have any idea why you're lightheaded, dizzy, etc? I was a few days ago and drank a couple of cups of chicken broth and felt a lot better.

I assumed it was part of the diet... though it could also be compounded by a very irregular sleep schedule lately. I think I'll try the broth, thanks...
