I had a terrible night craving sugar and great financial stress, and knee pain I eat in the late evening 6 cookies 1 ice cream bar, bologna and cheese with mayo sandwich and 1 corn dog plus my recorded food. Woke up today and went back on track I hope this is not a major set back in ketosis. I look at it this way: I may have fallen but I got back on my feet and that is where today is.
