Not sure if counting carbs is better or counting calories is better. I read the pros and cons of both. I think I will try and stay under 100-125 carbs a day and 1500 calories and see if that works out. Anyone else have a “method” they are using? I should add Keto does not work for me because I have zero energy on it because I don’t like meat and get tired of eating eggs all the time. Not realistic for me.
