Heaviest doctor recorded weight - 323lbs
November 2010 - weighed 272lbs.
March 14, 2011 - met my doctors goal weight of 225lbs
June 9, 2011 - went on maintenance at 216lbs
March 17, 2014 - holding steady at 213lbs

April 2012 I had gotten down to 203lbs and unfortunately had a medical issue come up that threw a wrench into everything. Without the daily exercise I gradually gained 10lbs back. Not an alarming amount to put on over a two year period of time but enough to signal a caution flag.

Here I am back at it!
