Protein pancakes.... 2 bananas mashed, 75g oats, 3 large eggs, tbspoon milk, tbspoon baking powder, pinch of cinnamon, 2tbspoon of protein powder....... finish them off with maple syrup and fruit of your choice :)

I love breakfast but only if I have time to ‘ wake up ‘ & have a few cuppas first! This isn’t possible when I’m working & in a rush so in the week I do myself smoothies .

what about a protein shake? I don't eat breakfast and the protein shake has really helped me going strong until dinner time

It doesn't have to be "breakfast" you could have last nights leftovers, or make your own muesli/cereal bar. What sort of food do you like?

I’m not a breakfast person, so I usually have Belvita breakfast biscuits with a cup of tea and have it late (around 10.30).
Probably not the healthiest breakfast, but they do keep you full until lunch and it’s almost like just having a snack of couple of biscuits with your mid morning cuppa!

I hate eating early, but found that a yoghurt (Danone Light & Free are nice) is enough to get the metabolism started without being too carby

I combine IF with calorie check. So I don't eat until any time between 11-30 and 12-30. Will usually have something like a Berry smoothie, banana pancake, bacon and sausage, boiled egg, egg white omelet with peppers. I have my main meal at night so keep main calorie number for then as I don't snack throughout the day I just drink green tea, water and coffee

like you not a breakfast person but now i have greek yoghurt with bananna and a drizzle of honey or make a shake with almond milk 🙂
