This is the greatest idea I've had yet... every time I think about eating something, I also think about posting it on here (which is a bit more embarrassing). So as a result, I'm headed to get ready for bed with this as my daily ingestion:
730 - spinning class 930 - homemade oatmeal with an apple 1230 - peanut butter and banana sandwich 500 - salad with cucumbers and apples 900 - homemade pizza (2 pieces) 930 - break and bake cookies (4) 1130 - 10 mini pretzels
This totals to 1,816 calories and no binge.
It takes 21 days to make something a habit, and although I had sweets, I'm glad it was in a limited portion (as opposed to the entire roll of cookie dough).
