Just thinking about my goal dates to keep in mind so I can remind myself why I need to keep going:

March 5- Bridesmaid in a wedding in Costa Rica! Hope to lose 10 pounds by then. 1,250 calorie diet, more protein, more water, 35-45 minutes of interval cardio on treadmill, and Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred and 6 week 6 pack. Possibly a Master Cleanse the week before the wedding.

April 9- Wedding guest in Charleston! Going to see old friends and want to impress with at least 15 if not 20 pounds lost. Will attempt to stay around my 1,250 calorie diet if it is working for me, and the cardio as well as another round of JM DVDs.

May 19- My birthday! I will be traveling to California to see one of my BFF's graduate and our birthday's are 2 days apart. She's been a great motivator lately since her motto has been "Thin by 30 Bitches!". Hope I can be at my goal weight by then so we can party together and drink to our success! Up to this month I hope to keep doing what I'd been doing, probably easing up on the calorie restriction if I feel my body needs it, and keeping up the cardio, with classes and treadmill/elliptical. I would love to see if I need and/or want to continue the JM Dvds... probably a few days a week.
