I was preoccupied this morning with commitments and forgot to eat breakfast and lunch. Once I was finally ready to eat, I only had the energy to make something full of carbs and fat. I took a long walk to burn some of that off, but got distracted again and ate no-no snacks, then pepperoni pizza for dinner. Since it's dinner and the weekend and tomorrow is Passover. I wanted to get some good bread in (hence the pizza,) and have a split of Prosecco.
Days like this used to be my normal, minus the walking and bigger portions of everything. I went over my calories, but only by 200. Not bad for almost having a total cheat/lazy day. Discipline is so hard when you let yourself get so hungry and tired.
You lose some, you win some.
Keep moving on.
The scale said I was down another pound this morning. I am going to guess it fluctuated, and went back up.
