I have been speaking with a co-worker, who is health conscious, and we are going to try to curb out wheat intake, we both bought a book outlining the way to do this, and I am very excited. Wish me the best. I will let you know how is is working for me in about a week, maybe two. Have to give it time to show. Have a great weekend!

Monday my doctor told me to give up all wheat. I have rheumatoid arthritis and wheat causes inflammation and bloating. He said gluten free would be a good idea too. Good luck.

When I began Atkins induction the first of Feb, I had cravings really bad for the first few days, then I just got over it. Stick with it, like i said before, without wheat/gluten products, milk, and sugar, I'm not bloating at night like i used to, and I've not had an IBS episode at all since starting. Surprisingly, being on Atkins has me eating healthier than I ever have in my life. I'm eating healthy meat and vegetables all day. Before I lived on cookies and cereal, haha. I've not lost weight like I hoped, maybe thats just me, but I am feeling better.
