Before joining this site I lost 28 lbs...by eating pretty healthy, I drink absolutely no soda and I do my wii fit for 30-60 mins everyday. On wii fit I do step aerobis and I do anywhere from 3,600-7,500 steps a day. I also do blancing exercisies and yogo to relieve stress. I will not do strengthening exercises unitl I lose enough weight. I allow myself to eat pretty much anything for dinner but in smaller portions and usually Friday evenings or saturdays we order out and I have somehting I would enjoy. Moderation is the key.
