Kemaren kaget, Iyasih BB turun 1 kg, tapi lingkar pinggang blass turun nya. betis sama tangan nambah 1-2 cm an, pikiran ku malah "Efek squat pake karung beras hebat juga" 🤣

@aming73 : iya bang.. sdar diri fat nmbah krna lg bucin am yg manis2. 🤣,olahraganya jg cm 15-20 menit doang tp ud lmyan rutin smnggu 3-4x , klo lg rest bersepeda aj 20-30 menit 🤣
