Morning cicirox, sorry about your back i hope you get better. My clean eating is going good , not so good Monday but other days ok . I'm going to continue to do clean eating for a while . i got a lot of weight to loss.

Good morning Mary, my back is sore but feeling better, thank you! The absolute worst part of this is I can’t exercise or walk far. I am trying to limit the calories to compensate for the loss of activity so hoping the scale will show that. I have to say eating "cleaner" is definitely something that is better for my system. With a few hiccups I think I can get the hang of this for a while and see where it gets me. I haven’t been able to lose any weight for a long time... even when I tried weight watchers I only lost just over 4 lbs the first 3 months. I didn’t go back, it was too restrictive and the atmosphere was not what I was expecting. I like this platform. If I don’t do it right I’m lying to myself 🤣🤣🤣

Good morning Mary, 1.7 lb weight loss this week for me! This is so exciting. One other change I did was to increase my calories, I think I was eating too few calories for my activity. I changed from sedentary to lightly active, I thought if I ate so much less than I was putting out I would lose faster, but it seemed it was just the opposite. I don’t eat back my exercise calories, so let’s see if clean eating combined with what I’ve changed keeps dropping off the weight 😊

That's great cicirox, i loss 0. 6 lbs its not much but i'll take it. As long as it work I'll keep doing it.

Good morning Mary, how was your weekend? I go for my second Pfizer shot today and am praying for no side effects. I’ve been doing pretty good on watching what I eat, and although I did have frozen yogurt this weekend. I made sure it was a small cup, no cone. I’m down a little today, so I’m thinking that eating a few more calories was the right thing for me. I was more active this weekend, my back is much better, even though I have to wear pain patches by the end of the day 😂. Hopefully I can start walking again today. How is your activity, still doing that exercise video? It was so beautiful last week, but yesterday and so far today the weather isn’t the best. Looking forward to being able to be consistent with outside activities if the weather cooperates!

Hey Mary, how are you doing? I am better today, the second covid shot actually ended making me super sick yesterday. How's it going with your diet? Are you still clean eating? I fell off the wagon but I'm trying, at least one meal a day is really good 👍. Please don't get discouraged, I've been there so many times. I did WW for 3 months and lost 4 pounds! Everyone around me had such great losses week after week and I was just alone on this little fat island wondering what was wrong with me, but the whole time it was just the program. Let me know how you're doing 🙂

Hey cicirox, how are you? I been feeling kinda bad all week. I'm better today. I did manage to loss a little weight about 5lbs. I'm so glad we're supporting each other.i still don't know about covid shots yet still thinking on it!

Hey Mary, so happy to hear from you. My goodness a 5 pound weight loss is something to celebrate 🎉🎊. Congratulations! I know weeks can get tough and we can get down pretty quick, but that’s when we really need to rely on each other. I’m hoping for a decent loss this week, but we will see... keep up the fantastic work you’re doing. But don’t get discouraged if the scale doesn’t agree, that rat bastard can’t always be trusted 🤣🤣🤣

Hey Mary! I haven’t tracked all week. I’m kind of in a rut. I haven’t gained but haven’t lost, I’ve eaten like I did before, not as badly but not as well as I should. I don’t know why I sabotage myself. I just started to walk again, and I sit here and wonder if I kept it up where would I be! It’s stupid, but for some reason I keep repeating the same cycle. I guess we just keep trying until we get it...

Hi Mary. I just did some short today and bought some salads. I’m going to the butcher shop tomorrow to get chicken and I plan on cooking ahead of time so I can have food ready to make it easier. I’ve been struggling but I’m trying to get back on track. Sorry to hear you haven’t been doing good either. We both need a kick in the butt!!! I am willing to give you my cell number if you want to keep in touch by texting if you are willing. I think maybe having some one to text might be better than an occasional chat. Let me know what you think. I know we are complete strangers but we are in the same boat and maybe we can have better luck with communication and keeping each other in check. Trust me, if you are not comfortable it won’t hurt my feelings, I’m just throwing an idea out there. I’m not sure if you’re able to use your phone during the day so just an idea.
